Customers with a Premium Account are able to add in temporary address and contact details by logging in to their account. You can update details for just one animal, or multiple animals in the same account. If you are adding in the contact details for another person who will be responsible for your animal whilst you are away, please ensure you have their consent and they understand that their details will be displayed as the primary contact during the time period you have specified.
If you wish to upgrade to a Premium Account to enable you to add in temporary address details you will need to pay a one-off fee of £12.00.
